A rural estate zone for large lots of at least 0.8 hectares with a single detached house or a Type 1 supportive housing residence, with wide setbacks and no lot coverage limit.

  • Minimum landscaped open space (11.2.2(j)) is 70% of the front yard, not of the whole lot.
