A low-density residential zone for single detached and semi-detached houses on lots at least 15 metres wide and 30 metres deep, with a 6 metre front yard, 7.5 metre rear yard and a 10.6 metre height limit.

- 15.1.2(a) Semi-detached lot area is stated per lot and per dwelling unit: interior 540 m2 per lot / 270 m2 per unit; corner 630 m2 per lot / 360 m2 for the unit closest to the flankage lot line.
- 15.1.2(b) Semi-detached lot width is stated per lot and per dwelling unit: interior 18 m per lot / 9 m per unit; corner 21 m per lot / 12 m for the unit closest to the flankage lot line.
- 15.1.2(k) Landscaped open space is measured as a percentage of the minimum front yard area (interior, corner and converging-side-lot-line lots have different percentages for single detached vs semi-detached).
