A mid-to-high-rise apartment zone allowing apartment buildings, long-term care buildings and retirement buildings up to 18 storeys (56 m), with setbacks that step back as the building gets taller.

  • Guest units, max 5, only in an apartment with 75+ dwelling units, long-term care building with 75+ beds or retirement building with 75+ retirement dwelling units (Article 4.1.15.5)
  • Accessory buildings and structures per Subsection 4.1.2 / Table 4.1.2.2
