A small-lot residential zone in Mississauga that allows detached and semi-detached houses (plus additional residential units) on compact lots with tighter setbacks than the standard R zones.

  • Home occupation (4.1.16) and resident physician/dentist/drugless practitioner/health professional (4.1.17) provisions apply to detached dwellings
  • All buildings must also comply with Parts 1 to 3 and Section 4.1 of the By-law
  • Site-specific exception zones RS-1 to RS-284 exist (Section 4.2.3); check the exception zone for the property before relying on these base standards
