- Amenity area for apartments and stacked townhouses: 15 m² per efficiency unit, 20 m² per one-bedroom unit, 35 m² per two-or-more-bedroom unit (s.7.7).
- Amenity area for back-to-back townhouses: 25 m² per unit; must include at least one common amenity area of minimum 100 m² or 6 m² per unit total, whichever is greater (may include gazebo/arbour/pergola/playground equipment, not other accessory buildings, unitary equipment, mailboxes or utility boxes); each unit must have an individual balcony of 5.5 m² separated by a wall or privacy screen, projecting max 1.8 m from the front wall (s.7.7).
