  • Prohibited (Part 2 s.2 and Part 1 s.2.22): parking/storing a motor vehicle (other than an RV) over 3000 kg GVW, 6 m long or 2.6 m high; vehicles with a stake body; RVs or utility trailers with load exceeding 3.6 m combined height; any vehicle, trailer, boat or similar conveyance within a landscaped open space area
  • Semi-detached dwellings in RAL3/RAL4 are subject to RAL2 regulations (Table 2.21.1 note (a)); townhouses/stacked townhouses in RAL3/RAL4 need a 12 m yard abutting an RAL2 zone (notes (d), (e))
