A medium-density residential zone for detached and semi-detached houses on lots of at least 10 m or 8.5 m width, up to 2 1/2 storeys, with additional residential units allowed subject to the general rules.

  • s.1(b)-(f): accessory buildings (Part 1 s.2.2), patios and decks (s.2.3), fencing and privacy screens (s.2.4), swimming pools (s.2.5), lands adjacent to Lake Ontario and Burlington Bay (s.2.30).
  • s.2 prohibited uses: parking/storing a motor vehicle (other than a recreational vehicle) over 3000 kg registered GVW, 6 m long or 2.6 m high; any stake-body vehicle; a recreational vehicle or utility trailer with load over 3.6 m combined height; and any vehicle, trailer, boat etc. within a landscaped open space area. Also Part 1 s.2.22 prohibited uses.
